Problem is Never too big to be Solved

Greatest lesson from Mr. PM to the Entrepreneur - "problem is never too big to be solved"

For decades people have spoken about the parallel economy, black money in India. The way it is deeply rooted in indian ecosystem, it was unimaginable how the country could have been free of it, ever. For every solution there were 10 problems. For every benefit, there were 10 risks.
Lessons learned
1. If the problem is critical, its wise to implement the best available solution. Its better to deal with the problems and risks in the battleground than in the boardroom.
2. Never let the scale of the problem, demotivate you to roll out the solution.
3. Don't let the risk of failure stop you from taking the decision. Failure is when you stop solving the problems that come on the way.

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with any political party. I am just an entrepreneur, collecting valuable lessons from the world around.

Why does it rain?

The problems are like rains. God pours on us so that we can be better off once it is over. No matter how much we try -use umbrella, rain coats etc, we are bound to get wet. The only way to avoid getting wet is to hide inside and avoid the street…but do we really want to do that?

Judgement of The Decision

"Successful people make right decisions... Failure is the result of wrong decisions..."
How many would agree to it...well I won't!

Unfortunately or rather fortunately there is nothing such as a right decision or wrong decision. A decision is a decision.
When a baby is born, can anyone tell, he is going to be a king or beggar, a saint or a criminal, a hero or a villain? It is the grooming, circumstances, peers and a million more factors that decides the future of the baby! Very akin to that, a decision when born or taken is never a Good or Bad ...it has to live through its life to become a villain decision or a Hero decision.

I have observed very closely many successful people in their own fields...One think I have found very common in all of them is that they don't spend too much time in deciding whether it is going to be a good decision or a bad one...they take the best logical decision at that time...and then MAKE IT WORK! They don't leave the decision on the mercy of nature or other factors alone and wait for it to emerge out as a right decision. They travel with decision, clean the road ahead of its journey, clear the roadblocks on its way and even curve out the road that would take it to the manjil.

"Oh! that strategic partnership was a brilliant decision, Mr. so and so took". Trust me, when he took that decision he had just some numbers and papers in front of him. But what he really had in him was the commitment to make the partnership work, the commitment to make his decision RIGHT! By merely deciding to do the partnership did not bring about the success of the decision...it was something that followed that decision - Jee Jaan.

"Take the damn decision and then be fast enough to make it right before it becomes wrong..."

blame game

I have beated the wall for hitting me,

I was ignorant, I was a kid.

I have cursed my teacher for flunking me,

I was stupid, I was young

Life is changed, I have grown,

...Incomplete
